LED headlight bulbs

I did some digging around in the forum to see if anyone has tried installing them, and came up blank. I'm wanting to install LED headlight bulbs in my existing housings. When I did my search for bulbs before, I had found two options. One came with the CANNBUS adapters, the others did not. The ones with the CANNBUS adapters would be overall less expensive than ordering the bulbs, and the adapter seperately if needed, but of course, the bulbs that do not come with the adapters are the least expensive. I'm curious if these are needed before I go after buying a set, and if anyone has had any issues with installing them at all. I'll be doing the fogs and running lights as well, to get everything moved over to LED when I'm done. Thanx in advance.
