Does anyone else have a loud warbling/ whirring noise between 1600-1900- RPMS in all gears especially off the throttle. It is very loud with the window up and radio off. The dealer said this is normal for the 1.4 liter.
Hmmm, not sure, maybe you're hearing the sound of the turbo spool winding up? Doesn't sound right though, I'd take it into service asap just to get checked out.
