Has anyone had their Dart to the track yet? I have a friend that wants to race his but we still have snow on the ground. Auto or stick, it would be fun to see what it can run. thanks, Dyno

Well... i have when it was stock. And needless to say it wasnt very pretty...... But since then i have done a turbo back exhaust, intake, hard piping, sprint booster and the magnetti marelli venom chip for the north american abarth. and i am expecting some good times next go around because the car is a total different animal!

Did the Sprint booster and venom chip void your warranty?

No it didnt, but i do work at the dealer as a tech. I did ask my chrysler rep and she said "if the part is not the cause of any part failure then it does not void your warrenty". But honestly it depends on your dealer weather they are ok with it.

I'm not ready to run my Dart at the strip yet. I have no doubt it's a 16s car hehe, but from what I'm finding out these cars have ALOT of hidden power that is easily freed up with basic bolt ons. I can't wait till someone like SCT comes out with a tune for it. Though I guess that's what the Venom chip does right?

your car sounds awesome... what does the sprint booster do? is that a throttle remapper?

What mods have you done? Completely stock I pulled a 16.6

cai,intercooler pipes and a ported tb at the time, now ive added exhaust and underdrive but I haven't made a pass with the new mods yet im waiting to get my intercooler and I have a shop in Cleveland that says they can put a bigger compresser wheel in the stock turbo which im hoping to do within the next few weeks.

:l mine is the 1.4t trip auto

Went out for my first time with my dad. Ran my stock turbo dart. Went 17.07's 81mph all day until we took the air cleaner out of the box. Went 16.82 82.37mph first pass continued consistantly from then on. Entering my first race in january. Going to get the magnetti upgrades and cold air kit. Hoping to run mid 15's.
