I also have Autolite 5325 Spark Plugs(they made a HUGE difference in the way the 2.4/2.0 behave in daily driving.) the power boost was instantly felt. Picture of the box will be taken later this week to show what to look for peoples. (ALSO GAP THEM TO .055 OR .060)

i have the RoadRaceMotorSport light weight Crank Pulley. great mod for those wanting some quicker revs and Throttle Response you will think you gained HP but trust me its just the feel of the engine thanking you.

i have the HeartThrob 2.25 Cat Back Exhaust. This is the Best in my opinion for the money you spend on this exhaust and id highly recommend it. When here is a Tune out i WILL be upgrading to 3" full Exhaust from the header back with a Center cut exhaust.(to match my stock duels i had to cut ABOUT 3 inches off the TIPS)

I have the ModernPerformance Short Throw Shifter Installed. this makes 2nd to 3rd so much better when i race i dont turn my damn AC on,lol.

ModernPerformance has OUTDONE their selves this time. they actually put out a header for us NA guys wanting to clean up the engine bay of that ugly monstrosity in the engine bay.

This is the Velo Stack that i have installed on my CAI.

this is the cone tha i have on the Velo Stack. (Specre is owned by K&N so no worries)

Thanks for sharing all this info. The pics are very helpfull too.
Doesn't the 2.4L and 2.0L share the same head? Wondering if the ModernPerformance header will work on the 2.0L or if they are going to make one?

they do not share the "SAME" head, but they do share the same bolt pattern. the header IN MY OWN OPINION, should work for the 2.0 with minimal issues. i do not see why it would not. and with the HPSI tune coming out and the way i have seen my friends tune on his car work. with a custom tune no matter the issue (ie. CEL from header/lean) the custom tune will fix any and all problems that come up from that.

Thanks for sharing the info, it sounds like you have some serious money tied up in mods :D

Have you done the work yourself, or do you have someone do it for you?

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, i have been trying to answer this for over 2 days. lol. this laptop makes me want throw it outside in the rain and stomp on it.

the exhaust, i put on it myself with the help of a friend. i then took it to a shop and had them weld it together and line it up with the tips.

the pulley was done at the same shop.

the shifter my friend and i did in a quick 1 hour session.

the spark plugs i did myself in less then 30 mins.

the calipers i painted the same day that i plastidiped my rims.

the grounding took a couple weekends to get the money and parts and time.

the CAI i did by myself.

i like to work on my car because it helps me learn my car. i feel more in touch with her when im the one who touches her naughty parts.

Sounds good. I try to do as much as I can too, though the newer the car, the less I seem to be able to do.

I've had my car a week now, and I've been looking for which mods I want to do... I'm thinking mostly functional cosmetic, as I don't think a 16 y/o needs to drive a highly modded car with go-fast parts bolted on... (it'll be my son's car next year)

you could always make him pay for his own parts. to learn to respect what he has by putting his own money into it.

I have already considered that, and there are several things that he is planning on buying himself.

He's getting some over the fender stripes (similar to the Chally RT stripes), a spoiler, and a couple of other things.

My biggest fear is that he'll be ME LOL. I know how stupid that I got when I was that age, I'm trying to avoid some of the misery that I experienced (I bought all of my go-fast parts)
