Intermittent radio outages

The past two weeks my radio was playing fine, but when I shut the engine off and start it after a few minutes, the radio would not come back on for several minutes. Now it doesn't come on at all. To top it off now the odometer flashes instead of a steady light.

My 2015 dart se same thing with radio but the other issue with mine is turn signal bulbs always burn out I’m saying wireing is bad
