We're having a group breakfast at Applewood Farmhouse Grill.

Unlike last year, they don't do reservations unless you pay in advance.
Instead, they do a "Notice of Arrival." I have to give them a final count by May 31st. They will know we're coming so they'll be ready but won't have tables already set up for us.
We will order from the regular menu and pay with separate checks.
Please respond with the number of adults and children. Children are ages 12 and under. Also, please tell me if you need a highchair.
