Our exhaust just showed up from magnaflow, pics coming soon of the setup pre- and after install. We will also make a video clip for you as well before and after, this should bolt up nicely to make a sweet sound in conjuction with the new intake coming soon from k&n or others depending on which way we go with motor build.

Step 1-- Car on lift

Step 2-- Remove the bolts from flex pipe flange and mid pipe flange

Step 3--- removed bolts and removed pipe from hangers we also supported exhaust with a jack at this point

Step 4--- Removal of muffler from the 3 rear rubber hangers

Step 5-- Stcok exhaust is out of car, pretty quick and easy

Step 6--- factory tips

Step 7 -- removed tips (3 bolts)

Step 8--Alignment of pipe 1 of the midpipes to flex pipe flange

Step 9--- We have forward piece of midpipe bolted to flex pipe flange and in the 2 rubber hangers

Step 10-- fit the read mid pipe to the forward mid pipe and clamp loosely for temp fitment

Step 11--- Align Muffler to rear mid pipe and also hang muffler from forward rubber hanger

Step 12-- Connect both rear pipes to muffler and install into rear rubber hangers

Step 13--- Srat to tighen all the clamps for final fitment

Step 14--- Start aligning all the parts so tips fit properly from rear fascia


Step 15-- as you can see after 30 minutes of playing we couldnt get drivers side to fit peoperly so.....

Step 16-- a small notch and a nice weld and we were in buisness, these pics and a writeup will be going to the office of magnaflow, we arent the first people to have this issue..

Nice writeup! Yeah I've heard about the fitment issues with this setup...hopefully MF fixes that.

Congrats on the new exhaust though!

it isn't that much louder in the cabin than stock, as far as dyno unfortunately the exhaust was hung at same time as intake R&D was being done our stock baseline was roughly 156 if I remember at front wheels and we added roughly 10hp between the 2 at the front wheels I will have to double check....
